Rain.
A bit of rain is need this week to stir up the fish a little, also great to see that Kinnaird Upper on the South Esk had their first Sea Trout of the year and Inshewan on rhe South Esk had two springers
The Week Ahead.
“The past week saw some challenging conditions especially the wind. Saying that there were fish to be caught for tjose who persisted, but it was a return to the skagits last week and heavy tips T7 and T10 to cut into the wind! The usual Willie Gunn, in all its guises will do a turn I am sure. Gold body or Black whatever floats your boat! The WGFNS franc n snaelda pattern will also be worth a swim. The rain today will hopefully stir things up a bit!”
